RapidRenamer | Last updated: January 2025
RapidRenamer is a Google Workspace add-on that enables batch renaming of files in Google Drive using patterns, templates, and smart grouping.
All users receive 100 free renames. No credit card is required. The free tier includes access to all rename patterns, file grouping, quick rename, and folder creation.
The Unlimited plan is available for $10/year and provides unlimited renames and priority support. Subscriptions are managed through Google Workspace Marketplace billing.
You are responsible for reviewing rename previews before applying changes. While RapidRenamer provides preview functionality, we recommend verifying rename patterns on a small batch first.
RapidRenamer is provided "as is" without warranties. Willis Worxs, LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this service, including but not limited to unintended file renames.
