Privacy First: RapidRenamer only accesses file names and metadata in your Google Drive. We never read, download, or store the contents of your files.

What We Access

  • File names and metadata (for renaming)
  • Folder structure (for organizing)
  • EXIF data from photos (for date/location-based naming)

What We Do NOT Access

  • File contents (documents, images, videos)
  • Personal information beyond your Google account email
  • Files outside the folders you explicitly select

Data Storage

RapidRenamer does not store your file data on any external servers. All renaming operations happen through the Google Drive API. Your saved patterns and preferences are stored locally in your browser.

Third-Party Services

RapidRenamer uses the Google Drive API to perform file operations. No other third-party services are used for data processing, analytics, or advertising.
